Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product delivered
• Order cancelled within the eligible time frame

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products that have been used or opened
• Bulk or customized orders (unless damaged or defective)
• Requests made after the specified time period

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Return Process

In case of damaged or incorrect items, customers may be required to share proof (images/videos). Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process where applicable.
